The filamentous fungal Cas9 gene editing kit is based on CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing technology, enabling efficient gene knockout, knock-in, mutation, and various mutant constructions in filamentous fungi. Post-editing processes leave no traces or resistance genes, allowing seamless continuation of subsequent gene editing cycles. The kit contains all essential enzymes and reagents required for experiments. Users only need to synthesize a single sgRNA target primer to complete gene editing, ensuring high operational convenience. The entire experimental cycle takes approximately 2 weeks. Moreover, after the original sgRNA expression plasmid is cleared, a new round of gene editing can be promptly initiated.
