pSiCheck Vector

pSiCheck is a dual-luciferase reporter gene vector developed by Promega. Its core function is to simultaneously express firefly luciferase and Renilla luciferase, allowing internal normalization of experimental signals through the dual-reporter system. It is widely used in miRNA target validation, promoter activity analysis, RNAi efficiency detection, and gene expression regulation studies.
