pCAMBIA1300-mCherry is a plant fluorescent marker expression vector based on the pCAMBIA1300 backbone. Its core function is to stably express the mCherry red fluorescent protein or its fusion proteins in plant cells. Through the red fluorescent signal, it enables localization observation of target proteins, cell tracing, and gene expression analysis, and is widely used in plant cell biology, developmental biology, and protein interaction studies.
