pYES2-EGFP Vector

pYES2-EGFP is a fluorescent expression vector for Saccharomyces cerevisiae, modified based on the pYES2 vector backbone. Its core function is to express EGFP (enhanced green fluorescent protein) or its fusion proteins in Saccharomyces cerevisiae in a galactose-inducible manner, using the green fluorescence signal to observe protein localization, analyze expression dynamics, and conduct cell biology studies. It is widely used in yeast proteomics, cell biology, and gene function validation.
