pLVX-DsRed-Monomer-N1 is a red fluorescent protein expression vector built on a lentiviral backbone. Its core function is to efficiently deliver the DsRed-Monomer red fluorescent protein gene into mammalian cells (including hard-to-transfect primary cells and stem cells) via lentiviral mediation, achieving stable expression of the fluorescent protein and cell labeling. It is widely used in cell tracing, in vivo imaging, protein localization, and gene delivery efficiency evaluation, among other applications.
