pUC57-Amp Vector

pUC57-Amp is a T-A cloning vector optimized based on the classic high-copy vector pUC57. Its core feature is that after linearization, the 3' end of the vector has a protruding A base, which can directly pair with the 3' T-overhangs produced by Taq DNA polymerase during PCR amplification, achieving efficient cloning without the need for restriction enzyme ligation. It is widely used for rapid cloning of PCR products, construction of sequencing vectors, and preservation of gene fragments.
