pCAMBIA1300-GFP-MAP4 is a plant expression vector constructed based on the pCAMBIA1300 backbone, fusing GFP with microtubule-associated protein 4 (MAP4). Its core function is to express the GFP-MAP4 fusion protein in plant cells through Agrobacterium-mediated transformation, specifically labeling the microtubule cytoskeleton, enabling visualization of microtubule dynamics in plant cells. It is widely used in studies of microtubule behavior during plant cell division, growth and development, and stress responses.
