pCAMBIA1300-RFP-MAP4 is a plant expression vector constructed based on the pCAMBIA1300 backbone, fusing RFP (red fluorescent protein) with microtubule-associated protein 4 (MAP4). Its core function is to express the RFP-MAP4 fusion protein in plant cells through Agrobacterium-mediated transformation, specifically labeling the microtubule skeleton, enabling red fluorescent visualization of plant microtubule dynamics. It is particularly suitable for combined use with green fluorescent labeling systems for multi-label co-localization studies.
