pLVX-IRES-Neo is a highly efficient expression vector based on a lentiviral backbone. Its core function is to integrate target genes into the genomes of mammalian cells via lentiviral mediation, enabling long-term stable expression of the desired protein. Homozygous stable cell lines can be obtained through neomycin resistance selection. It is widely used in gene function research, cell model construction, and gene therapy-related fields.
