The mBDII yeast series of vectors is a class of yeast two-hybrid system vectors optimized for high-throughput protein interaction studies. The core function to express bait proteins fused with DNA-binding domains (BDs) in Saccharomyces cerevisiae, and it will also express the integrase phiC3 (En) to integrate the mBDII and mADII vectors into a single vector, enabling large-scale screening of interacting proteins..
