mADII Vector

The mADII yeast series of vectors are yeast two-hybrid prey vectors used in combination with the mBDII vectors. The core function is to express mammalian-derived prey protein fused with the transcription activation domain (AD) in Saccharomyces cerevisiae, and to activate the reporter gene by interacting with the bait expressed by the mBDII vector. In addition, under the action of the Integrase phiC31 (En), the two vectors mADII and mBD will be integrated into a large vector, and high-throughput sequencing technology can be used to screen a large number of interacting proteins.
