The mBDII-53 yeast series vectors are reference vectors in the mBDII family that integrate the p53 protein coding sequence. Their core function is to serve as a positive control in yeast two-hybrid experiments, validating the effectiveness of the system, while also providing a standardized reference for mammalian protein interaction studies. They are widely used for system calibration and method optimization in two-hybrid experiments.
