mADII-T Vector

The mADII-T yeast series vectors are control-type vectors in the mADII family that integrate the SV40 large T antigen (T-antigen) coding sequence. Their core function is to serve as positive control preys in yeast two-hybrid experiments, forming classic interaction pairs with bait vectors containing p53 (such as mBDII-53), validating the system's effectiveness, and are widely used for quality control and standardization in two-hybrid experiments.
