pLVX-puro Vector

pLVX-puro is a highly efficient expression vector based on a lentiviral backbone. Its core function is to integrate the target gene into the genome of mammalian cells via lentiviral mediation, achieving long-term stable expression of the target protein. It also allows rapid selection of positive cell lines through puromycin resistance, widely used in gene function research, stable cell line construction, and drug screening model development.
