pSuper1300-GFP is an enhanced plant binary expression vector modified based on pCAMBIA1300. Its core function is to mediate the fusion expression of the target gene with GFP (green fluorescent protein) through Agrobacterium, using a super promoter to drive efficient transcription, enabling high-abundance expression of the target protein in plants and fluorescent visualization for tracking. It is widely used for protein localization, expression pattern analysis, and functional studies of genes requiring strong expression.
