pTrip-CMV-IRES-Puro is a dual transcriptional expression vector based on a lentiviral backbone. Its core function is to drive the expression of both the target gene and the puromycin resistance gene (Puroᵣ) under the same promoter, enabling stable expression of the target gene in mammalian cells and rapid selection of positive cells. It is particularly suitable for scenarios requiring co-expression of the target gene and a selectable marker and is widely used in gene function research, stable cell line construction, and gene therapy-related experiments.
