pBT3-N-GW Vector

pBT3-N-GW is one of the Gateway-compatible yeast two-hybrid bait vectors in the same series as pBT3-C-, and the core difference is that it constructs the N-terminal fusion expression vector of the target protein with Cub-Lex-VP16 through Gateway LR recombination reaction (C-Lex-VP16-target protein), which is used for protein interaction screening and is an efficient tool for the combination of Gateway system and yeast two-hybrid technology.
