pBT3-SUC-GW Vector

pBT3-SUC-GW is a Gateway-compatible bait vector designed based on the Split-Ubiquitin System. Its core function is to construct fusion expression vectors of bait proteins and the N-terminal fragment of ubiquitin (NubG) through Gateway recombination technology. It is specifically used for membrane protein interaction studies (addressing the challenge of detecting membrane protein interactions in traditional yeast two-hybrid systems) and is widely applied in fields such as receptor-ligand recognition and membrane protein complex analysis.
