pBT3-STE-GW ubiquitin separation system (Split-Ubiquitin System) designed Gateway-compatible bait vector, the core is to construct a fusion expression vector of bait protein and N-terminal fragment of ubiquitin (NubG) through Gateway recombination technology, which is specially used for the study membrane protein interactions (to solve the problem that it is difficult to detect membrane protein interactions in traditional yeast two-hybrid), and is widely used in receptor-ligand recognition, protein complex resolution and other fields.
