pPink-HC Vector

pPink-HC is a methanol-inducible secretion expression vector specifically designed for Pichia pastoris, one of the core vectors of Invitrogen's PichiaPink™ expression system. It regulates the induced expression of target proteins through the AOX1 promoter and uses the α-factor signal peptide to direct recombinant proteins for secretion into the culture medium, making it particularly suitable for the preparation of eukaryotic proteins that require extracellular expression, combining both inducible control and convenience for secretion.
