pPink-LC Vector

pPink-LC is another core vector in the PichiaPink expression system, belonging to the same group of methanol-inducible secretory expression vectors in Pichia pastoris as pPink-HC. Its core function is to regulate the induced expression of target proteins through the AOX1 promoter and to achieve secretory expression via the α-factor signal peptide. The main differences from pPink-HC lie in the vector copy number and optimization of certain elements, making it more suitable for protein expression that is sensitive to expression levels or requires balanced metabolic load in the host.
