pYLCRISPR/Cas9Pubi-B is a CRISPR/Cas9 dual-expression vector specifically designed for plant gene editing. It belongs to the pYL series CRISPR vector family. Its core function is to drive Cas9 nuclease expression through a constitutive promoter while also expressing sgRNA (single guide RNA) targeting specific genes, enabling precise editing of plant genomes (knockout, insertion, or base replacement). It is widely used in functional gene studies and genetic improvement of plants such as Arabidopsis, rice, and tobacco.
