pYLCRISPR/Cas9pUbi-N Vector

This vector is a core tool for CRISPR/Cas9-based genome editing in monocot plants, containing Cas9 nuclease gene driven by monocot-specific Ubiquitin promoter and multiple sgRNA expression cassettes (regulated by U6 promoters). By inserting target gene sgRNA sequences, it guides Cas9 to generate double-strand breaks at target genomic sites in monocots, enabling site-directed mutagenesis/knockout via NHEJ or HR. With high activity of Ubi promoter in monocots, it's suitable for gene function research and genetic improvement in rice, maize and other crops.
