pBiFC-bJunVN173 Vector

The vector belongs to the N-terminal fusion vector of the mammalian BiFC system, and its core is the fusion sequence of the bJun gene and the N-terminal fragment of YFP (VN173, containing amino acids 1-173 of YFP), which is expressed by theCMVpromoter. In the experiment, it needs to be cotransfected with a complementary vector containing the C-terminal fragment of YFP (such as pBi-bFosVC155) into mammalian cells. If bJun interacts with the paired protein, it can reassemble VN173 with the Cterminal fragment to form active YFP and produce fluorescence. It is not only a classic positive control for BiFC experiments, but also can be used to study the specific interaction between bun and other target proteins, which is suitable for in situ observation of intracellular interaction and subcellular location analysis in mammalian cells.
