PDB Medium

PDB medium is the abbreviation for Potato Dextrose Broth, which is a common liquid medium for fungi and yeast. To prepare it as a solid medium, 2% agar needs to be added. This medium can be used for the detection, isolation, counting, and cultivation of yeast and fungi.
