pLacZi Vector

The vector is a bait vector in the yeast one-hybrid system, carrying the β-galactosidase (LacZ) reporter gene, expression is regulated by the upstream promoter. In the yeast one-hybrid experiment, when the prey protein interacts with the bait promoter, the LacZ gene is expressed, and the expression of LacZ can be detected through the X-gal color reaction, directly reflecting the protein-promoter interaction relationship.
