pCAMBIA1300-mCherry-NES Vector

This vector belongs to the plant cytoplasmic fluorescent labeling system, carrying the fusion sequence of mCherry red fluorescent protein gene and Nuclear Export Signal (NES), usually driven by the CaMV 35S constitutive promoter. NES can mediate the export of the fusion protein from the nucleus to the cytoplasm, allowing mCherry fluorescence to specifically localize in the cytoplasm and clearly display the morphology and dynamic changes of the cytoplasm. It is suitable for observation of plant cytoplasmic structure, research on the export mechanism of nucleocytoplasmic shuttling proteins, and visual tracking of cytoplasm-specific processes.
