pHANNIBAL Vector

This vector belongs to the plant RNA interference system, with a core structure containing two inverted repeated multiple cloning sites, regulated by CaMV 35S promoter and OCS (octopine synthase) terminator, NOS promoter and NOS terminator, respectively. Target gene fragments can be inserted to form hairpin RNA (hpRNA) structures, which specifically silence target genes through the RNA interference mechanism after transcription. Its design features enable efficient production of double-stranded RNA with high silencing efficiency, suitable for analyzing target gene functions through gene silencing in plant gene function research, especially for gene function verification in model plants and crops.
