pHSB04X Vector 

pHSB04X is a CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing vector for Lactobacillus brevis carrying the Cas9 nuclease gene. The vector drives the expression of sgRNA, which guides Cas9 to specifically cleave target DNA, triggering DNA repair mechanisms to achieve gene knockout or site-directed mutagenesis. Positive transformants are selected via kanamycin resistance in the genetic transformation system, making it suitable for gene function research and gene editing exploration in Lactobacillus brevis.
