pHSP02 Vector 

pHSP02 is a CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing vector for Lactobacillus plantaruma, carrying the Cas9 nuclease gene. The vector drives the eession of sgRNA, which guides Cas9 to specifically cleave target DNA, triggering DNA repair mechanisms to achieve gene knockout or site-directed mutagenesis. Positive plants are screened vn resistance in the genetic transformation system, making it suitable for gene function research and gene editing exploration in Lactobacillus plantaruma.
