pFGC5941 Vector

This vector belongs to the plant RNA interference system, with a core structure containing two inverted repeated multiple cloning sites. Target gene fragments can be inserted to form hairpin structures, and the CaMV 35S promoter drives transcription to produce double-stranded RNA, triggering the RNA interference mechanism to specifically silence target genes. The vector also contains the nopaline synthase (NOS) terminator to ensure correct termination of transcription. It is suitable for analyzing the biological functions of target genes through gene silencing in plant gene function research, especially for studying functional redundancy of gene family members.
