This vector belongs to the plant fluorescent protein expression system, carrying the mCherry red fluorescent protein gene, which is constitutively expressed under the drive of the CaMV 35S strong promoter and terminated by the NOS terminator. The mCherry fluorescent signal is stable and easy to detect, and can be directly used as a reporter gene to trace the expression and distribution of the vector in plant cells. It can also be used to study the subcellular localization of target proteins by constructing fusion genes with them. It is suitable for verification of plant gene transformation efficiency, protein localization analysis and visualization research of cell structures.
