pFGC5941-EGFP Vector

This vector belongs to the plant RNAi and fluorescent labeling system, retaining the original double inverted repeat sequence structure of pFGC5941 (for constructing RNA interference vectors) while introducing the EGFP gene. It can drive EGFP expression through the CaMV 35S promoter for fluorescent tracing, and specifically silence target genes through RNA interference. It is suitable for visual tracking of target gene silencing effects and phenotypic correlation analysis in plant gene function research.
