This strain can grow normally in the medium containing 100mM KCI, grow slowly in the medium containing5-10mM KCI, and stop growing when the concentration of KCI in the medium is lower than 0.5mM, R5421 stop growing, and the 5×AP culture medium reagent kit is used for the screening and verification of potassium transport protein yeast.
