Glucose Dehydrogenase (GCDH) Assay Kit
Glucose Dehydrogenase (GCDH) Assay Kit
Glucose dehydrogenase (GCDH, EC 1.1.1.47) catalyzes the reaction between D-glucose and NAD(P) to produce D-gluconic acid and NAD(P)H. It mainly exists in various microorganisms and the liver of higher animals. GCDH is an ideal enzyme for preparing high-content fructo-oligosaccharides, and also a diagnostic enzyme for clinical blood glucose determination, which can be widely used in the food industry and pharmaceutical industry. GCDH catalyzes the reaction between D-glucose and NAD to generate D-gluconic acid and NADH. The activity of glucose dehydrogenase can be reflected by measuring the change in absorbance of NADH at 340 nm.
