Cellulose (CLL) Assay Kit
Cellulose (CLL) Assay Kit
Cellulose is a linear polymer composed of β-D-glucose units linked by β-1,4-glycosidic bonds. It is usually combined with hemicellulose, pectin, and lignin, and serves as the main structural component of plant cell walls. Products using cellulose as raw material are widely used in fields such as food, papermaking, plastics, explosives, electrical engineering, and scientific research equipment. Cellulose can be decomposed into β-D-glucose by heating under acidic conditions. The content of cellulose is determined using an anthrone chromogenic reagent under the action of strong acid.
