ER-mCherry Vector

This vector belongs to the organelle fluorescent labeling system, carrying a fusion gene of endoplasmic reticulum targeting signal peptide (such as KDEL sequence) and mCherry red fluorescent protein. The expressed fusion protein can specifically localize to the endoplasmic reticulum, and the morphological structure and dynamic changes of the endoplasmic reticulum can be clearly displayed through fluorescence microscopy observation. It is suitable for endoplasmic reticulum function research, morphological observation and interaction analysis with other organelles in cell biology.
