pCAMBIA1300-Gus Vector

This vector belongs to the plant reporter gene expression system, carrying the β-glucuronidase (Gus) reporter gene. The multiple cloning site is located upstream of the Gus gene, allowing insertion of target promoter or gene sequences. The expression site can be localized and the expression intensity can be evaluated through Gus histochemical staining or fluorescence quantitative analysis. It is suitable for plant gene expression pattern research, promoter function verification and transformation efficiency identification.
