pGreenII 0800-miRNA Vector

This vector belongs to the plant miRNA regulatory reporter system, with miRNA target sequences inserted downstream of the luciferase (LUC) gene. When miRNAs bind to target sequences, LUC expression is inhibited. By detecting changes in luciferase activity, the regulatory effect of miRNAs on target genes can be verified. It is suitable for plant miRNA function research, target gene verification and regulatory network analysis.
