pKD46 Vector

This vector belongs to the Red homologous recombination system, carrying λ phage Red recombinase (Exo, Beta, Gam) genes regulated by the araB promoter (induced by arabinose). It contains a temperature-sensitive replicon that is lost above 37°C, facilitating subsequent screening. It is suitable for precise knockout, insertion or replacement of E. coli genes, widely used in gene function research.
