YPGE15-EGFP Vector

This vector belongs to the yeast fluorescent labeling expression system. It introduces the enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) gene based on YPGE15, regulated by the strong PGK promoter, and can be fused with target genes for expression. The protein expression and subcellular localization can be 直观 monitored through fluorescent signals, suitable for protein dynamic tracking, localization analysis and gene expression research in Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
