YPGE15 Vector

This vector belongs to the yeast constitutive expression system, carrying the strong phosphoglycerate kinase (PGK) promoter to drive continuous and efficient expression of target genes. It contains yeast replication origin (2μm ori) and E. coli replication origin, enabling shuttle replication. It is suitable for recombinant protein expression, functional verification and metabolic pathway research in Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
