This vector belongs to the yeast inducible expression system, containing the GAL1 promoter (induced by galactose) and carrying the G418 resistance gene for screening yeast transformants. The multiple cloning site can insert target genes to achieve high-efficiency expression under induced conditions, suitable for recombinant protein expression, functional analysis and metabolic engineering research in Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
