pGAD&BD Vector

The vector combination belongs to the yeast two-hybrid system, pGAD & BD contain GAL4 activation domain (AD) and GAL4 binding domain (BD). The target gene is fused and expressed with AD and BD respectively, and the reporter gene is activated if the protein interacts. It is suitable for the influence of a third protein on the interaction between two proteins.
