This vector belongs to the dual luciferase reporter system, carrying Renilla luciferase (Rluc) and firefly luciferase (Luc) genes. Rluc serves as an internal reference to correct experimental errors, while Luc is regulated by the target promoter. By detecting the ratio of the two fluorescence intensities, the promoter activity and transcriptional regulation efficiency can be quantitatively analyzed. It is suitable for plant gene expression regulation research, promoter function analysis and drug screening, etc.
