pGAT7 Vector

pGAT7 vector is a commonly used yeast expression vector in scientific research experiments, mainly used for expressing foreign genes in yeast systems. The vector uses theu marker gene, which allows the transformed yeast strains to grow on a medium lacking leucine, thus screening out yeast clones that have successfully carried the vector. At the same time the vector uses the ADH1 constitutive promoter, which can achieve the expression of foreign genes without induction.
