pGADT7-rec(Trp) Vector

This vector belongs to the yeast two-hybrid activation domain vector system, carrying the coding sequence of GAL4 transcriptional activation domain (AD), multiple cloning sites and Trp1 selection gene. The target gene can be cloned downstream of AD to express the "GAL4 AD-target protein" fusion. It is co-transformed into yeast with a vector containing DNA binding domain (BD), and protein interaction is verified by nutritional screening and reporter gene detection. It is suitable for yeast two-hybrid library screening and protein interaction verification experiments.
