pGreenII 0800-5xUAS-TATA-LUC Vector

This vector belongs to the transcriptional regulation reporter system, containing 5 tandem GAL4 upstream activation sequences (UAS), TATA box and luciferase (LUC) gene. UAS can bind to GAL4 DNA binding domain (BD). When BD-transcription factor fusion protein binds to UAS, it activates LUC expression. It is suitable for detecting the activation/inhibition activity of transcription factors and researching signal pathway regulation in plants.
