pCold-TF Vector

This vector belongs to the cold shock expression system, containing the cspA cold shock promoter (induced at low temperature) and carrying the trigger factor (TF) chaperone gene, which can be fused with target genes for expression. TF can promote correct protein folding and improve solubility. It is suitable for soluble expression of insoluble proteins in E. coli and efficient preparation of recombinant proteins.
