pCAMBIA-split_N luc Vector

This vector belongs to the split luciferase complementation system, containing the coding gene of luciferase N-terminal fragment (NLuc), which can be fused with target genes for expression. When used with vectors containing C-terminal fragments, if two target proteins interact, NLuc and CLuc recombine into an active enzyme to produce fluorescent signals. It is suitable for verification of protein interactions, analysis of interaction strength and research on dynamic regulation in plants.
